When you connect cloud storage services (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive), we store:

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Account email address and display name from the connected service
  • Folder path selections for file delivery

We only request the minimum permissions needed to provide the Service. We do not access files beyond the folders you explicitly select.

  • OAuth tokens: Retained while the connection is active, deleted upon disconnection
  • Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days
  • TTS cache: Retained for up to 30 days
